1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services of Dynamite Fire Services ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Dynamite Fire Services provides fire safety services including but not limited to:
- Fire extinguisher sales, installation, and maintenance
- Fire equipment inspection and certification
- Fire safety training and demonstrations
- Sprinkler system installation and maintenance
- Lithium battery fire extinguisher supply
- Emergency fire safety support (24/7 for emergencies only)
3. Service Hours
Our trading hours are Monday to Friday, 7AM to 5PM, and Saturday 7AM to 3PM. 24-hour availability is reserved for emergencies only. Non-emergency inquiries received outside of trading hours will be addressed on the next business day.
4. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed upon acceptance of a quote and may vary based on site assessment.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be agreed upon in writing before commencement of services. We accept cash, credit card, bank transfer, and EFT payments. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services and may incur additional fees.
6. Compliance and Certifications
All our services comply with South African Bureau of Standards (SABS) requirements and SAQCC 1475 regulations. We provide appropriate certification documentation upon completion of services. It is the client's responsibility to ensure ongoing compliance between scheduled maintenance visits.
7. Warranties
Equipment warranties are provided as per manufacturer specifications. Service warranties cover workmanship for a period specified in your service agreement. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, tampering, or failure to follow maintenance schedules.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dynamite Fire Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or equipment. Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service or product in question.
9. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about their premises and fire safety requirements
- Ensuring safe access to service areas for our technicians
- Maintaining equipment between scheduled service visits
- Reporting any issues or concerns promptly
- Adhering to scheduled maintenance appointments
10. Cancellation Policy
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee. Repeated cancellations may result in a required deposit for future bookings.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Dynamite Fire Services and is protected by South African intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
